Gatekeeper

Brands see the work. They get the files when you get paid.

Sponsors review watermarked previews, sign your terms and fund escrow. The clean files unlock when the money lands.

Watch the 20-second demo
Demo of a sponsor's review page: a watermarked video with timestamped comments, then the sponsor approves and signs, funds $2,400.00 into escrow, and the download button unlocks.

Watermarked review, a signature, escrow, then the originals unlock. Your sponsor never makes an account.

You made the video. Now you’re doing collections.

  • They asked for the raw files “so legal can take a look.” That was six weeks ago.

  • Net 60 after the post goes live. The post went live in March.

  • I’ve sent four “just following up” emails. I make videos. I’m not a collections agency.

Composite of what creators say about brand deals, not quotes from customers.

$2,400
A mid-size integration on net-60 terms: two months where you have floated the brand’s ad budget.
6 emails
Roughly what it takes to chase one late invoice. Call it two hours you don’t get back.
$0
Your leverage once the clean files are already sitting in their inbox.

Illustrative numbers.

Three steps. Your sponsor never makes an account.

  1. 1

    Upload the cut

Drop in the video or images. Gatekeeper makes a watermarked, lower-resolution preview. The original stays in private storage.

  2. 2

    They review and sign

Your sponsor opens a private link, comments on exact frames, and signs your terms by typing their name. No account to create.

  3. 3

    They fund, files unlock

They pay into escrow through Paystack and the originals unlock. The money releases to you when they confirm, or automatically after a week.

Built for everything that happens after the shoot.

Previews they can’t post

Every file gets a tiled diagonal watermark at preview resolution. Originals stay in private storage until escrow is funded.

Comments on the exact frame

Sponsors pin notes to a timecode at 30 fps, or to a spot on an image. No more “somewhere around the middle.”

Terms signed with a click

Your terms, their typed name, a timestamp, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of exactly the text they agreed to.

Escrow through Paystack

The sponsor pays up front through Paystack. The money is held until release, then paid out to your bank account or mobile money wallet in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya or South Africa.

Auto-release after 7 days

Paid and then went quiet? The money releases to you on its own. Nobody has to remember to click.

Download links that expire

Each click makes a fresh link that lasts 15 minutes, and every download is logged on the deal.

The real app, not a mockup.

The questions creators ask first.

Can’t a sponsor just screen-record the preview?

They can record it, but what they get is a low-bitrate, watermarked copy (720p on Solo, up to 4K on Pro) with your name, or your own watermark text on Pro, tiled across every frame. That works for review and is useless for posting. The clean originals sit in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links after escrow is funded.

Does my sponsor need an account?

No. They get a private link with an unguessable token. They comment, sign and pay from that page. If a link ends up in the wrong inbox, you can rotate it and the old one stops working immediately.

Where is the money while it’s in escrow?

With Paystack. The sponsor pays through Paystack Checkout (international cards, plus local cards and mobile money), the funds are held on the platform’s Paystack balance, and on release they’re transferred to your bank account or mobile money wallet, minus the platform fee. Payouts are available in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.

What if the sponsor pays and never clicks release?

Then it releases on its own 7 days after funding. You don’t have to chase anyone, and you can see the release date on the deal.

What if they want changes?

Before signing, they leave comments on exact frames and press Request changes. You get an email, upload a new version, and the same link shows it. They only sign and pay once they’re happy.

How long does setup take?

Create an account, upload a file and send the link. Verify your email, then add a bank account or mobile money wallet for payouts. Payout setup can wait until your first deal is funded: the money stays in escrow until you finish it. On the free plan the fee is 5% per funded deal.

What files can I send, and can I cancel?

MP4, MOV and WebM video, and PNG, JPG and WebP images, up to 2 GB per file. Pro is billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deals that are already funded keep their release schedule if you leave.

Send the next deal through the gate.
